SUMMARY
The template that uses a percentage field in Works 2.0 (AMORTIZE.WKS) and the templates that use a percentage field in Works 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, and 4.5a require the data to be entered differently.
MORE INFORMATION
In the Works 2.0 (AMORTIZE.WKS) template:
The percentage cell in this template is formatted as percentage. It requires a percentage symbol (%) after the value (for example, 10%) or the
numeric value of the percentage (for example, 0.1 for 10%) to be entered.
The value in the cell will then be used correctly by the formulas that
reference it.
In the Works 3.0 templates and Works 4.0, 4.5, or 4.5a tasks:
These templates or tasks have percentage fields or cells that are formatted
as General. They require that the value be entered as a numeric value,
without the percentage symbol (%) (for example, 10 for 10%). The fields or
cells that use these values include a division by 100 (/100) in their
formulas to calculate the correct percentage.
