CHANGE ... NOINIT Identical to CHANGE ... LAST

The dBASE NOINIT clause, used with the CHANGE command, behaves identically to the LAST clause in FoxPro. In other words, the commands CHANGE NOINIT and CHANGE LAST are identical.
