SUMMARY
If you attempt to TFTP to an IP address to a computer that does not have a
TFTP server, the command prompt window appears to stop responding (hang);
you can close the window, but the application doesn't time-out.
TFTP does not respond when a port is unreachable. TFTP waits indefinitely
for a connection. In the case when the remote host does not have TFTP, an
error message does not appear.
