SYMPTOMS
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
When you are running the Microsoft Access Setup program under Microsoft
Windows NT version 3.1, you must have a mouse to choose the Typical,
Custom/Complete, Laptop, or Workstation Setup buttons. The assigned hot
keys for these buttons will not work.
RESOLUTION
Use a mouse or other pointing device to choose the Setup option you want.
Note that a mouse or other pointing device is one of the requirements
listed on the Microsoft Access package.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access version
2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
