XL: Print Titles Do Not Appear on Every Page of Output |
Q117799
In Microsoft Excel, print titles are printed only after the rows or
columns containing them are printed. For example, if you select a row or
column on the second page of a worksheet to be a print title, the titles
are printed only on the third and subsequent pages.
Note that this behavior is different from earlier versions of Microsoft
Excel. In earlier versions of Microsoft Excel, print titles appear on
every page of the printed output regardless of their location on the
worksheet.
To have a print title appear at the top of every page, position the rows that contain your print titles in the uppermost rows of your print area. Likewise, to have a print title appear at the left of every page, you should have those titles as the leftmost columns of your print area.
