SYMPTOMS
When you apply a double border to cells formatted with a color and/or a
pattern, the cells may be redrawn incorrectly. This redraw problem gives
cells without patterns the same color or pattern as the cell directly below
it.
This redraw problem may occur just after the double border is applied,
after you print your document, or after you view it in print preview.
