SYMPTOMS
========
When you set a point size larger than 11 points in existing text
frames using the template NAMECRD2.PUB, the text entered appears
to be cut off on the top-half of the text. This symptom is especially
obvious at larger point sizes (greater than 14).
NOTE: This symptom does not occur if the same steps are followed with
a new text frame that is drawn after the template is opened.
CAUSE
=====
NAMECRD2.PUB has a line spacing set to 11 points. This means that no
matter what the font size, the lines will be 11 points apart. As a result,
text that exceeds the 11-point spacing is cut.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, while only slightly changing the design of the
original template, do the following:
1. Select the text frame and press the F8 key (this highlights the
entire text frame).
2. From the Format menu, choose Line Spacing.
3. In the Between Lines box, type "1 pt" (without the quotation marks).
Choose OK.
4. Repeat this process for all four text frames on the page.
