SYMPTOMS
Attempting to use functions that require a range reference in a database
query causes a general protection (GP) fault when the query is applied.
Functions that require range references are not supported in the database
query and should not be used.
RESOLUTION
Do not attempt to use a function that requires a range reference in any
database query.
