SYMPTOMS

When you print from Microsoft Project, if the printer driver's Color option is selected, borders and gridlines of the same type (such as Major Columns, Sheet Columns, and so on) will not be printed with the color set to gray. In addition, row and column lines will not be printed if the gray color is selected.

CAUSE

Many color printers have problems printing faint gray gridlines. Printers and printer drivers that may exhibit this behavior are listed in the following table.
