Steps to Reproduce Behavior

1. In a new project, enter two new tasks and link them.
2. Set the % Complete on both tasks to 50%
3. From the Format menu, choose Bar Styles, and with the Progress bar highlighted, click the Cut Row button.
4. Select the task bar and then choose the Paste Row button.
5. Change the Row column for the Progress bar to 2 and choose OK in the Bar Styles dialog box.

Note that the link line is displayed from the progress bar of task 1 to the progress bar of task 2. Also note that the color of the dependency line is the same color as the progress bar. In the above example this is now the first bar style listed in the Bar Styles dialog box. This behavior occurs because the progress bar is chronologically listed before the normal bar style. Therefore the link is drawn for the first bar style that meets a criteria for the first task.
