Custom Toolbars Use Too Much Space Starting Word Minimized |

When you start Word for Windows in the minimized state, if you load several
custom toolbars, the toolbars appear one under the other (as if on their
own lines) when you maximize Word. This happens even when there is enough
room for the toolbars to dock side-by-side.
If you have several toolbars, they may obscure the entire working area
(this happens more frequently if you are using the Large Buttons setting
and a low-resolution Windows video driver).
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
Method 1: Start Word in the maximized state by doing the following:
