Works Err Msg: Cannot Find Viewer File

SYMPTOMS
You may receive the following error message when starting a topic from
the Help menu in Works for Windows, multimedia edition, version 3.0:
Multimedia Viewer.
Cannot find viewer file. Make sure the correct
disk and directory are specified.
This error message occurs if the following line is incorrect or
missing from the [Files] section of the VIEWER.INI file
[Files]
MSWORKS.MVB=D:\HELP
where D: is the drive letter of the CD-ROM drive.
RESOLUTION
Edit the VIEWER.INI file (usually in the Windows directory) in a text
editor such as Notepad and add the following line to the [Files] section
MSWORKS.MVB=D:\HELP\, Cannot locate Files. Please insert the
Microsoft Works CD Rom, or run Setup.
where D: is the CD-ROM drive letter.
NOTE: The above line should be a single line in the VIEWER.INI file.
