SYMPTOMS

Under Windows NT, when you select Microsoft Scenes as the screen saver in Control Panel, it does not start.

CAUSE

The Scenes 2.0 application must be running, either in the foreground or minimized, in order to activate under Windows NT.

WORKAROUND

Make sure the Scenes application is running before you select it in Control Panel.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Scenes version 2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
