SYMPTOMS
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
When you switch a form that has no borders from Form view to Design view,
you cannot move the form because it has no title bar or borders.
CAUSE
The form's BorderStyle property is set to None.
RESOLUTION
Close the form by pressing CTRL+F4, and then open the form in Design view.
The title bar and borders will be available. If you switch directly to Form
view without closing the form, the title bar and borders will remain. You
must close the form after viewing it in Design view in order for the change
to the BorderStyle property to take effect.
Note that there are other properties that are not implemented until you
close and then open your form as well. You should always test your forms by
closing and then opening them.
STATUS
This behavior no longer occurs in Microsoft Access for Windows 95
version 7.0.
