SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project, when you edit a resource calendar and you use the SPACEBAR rather than the BACKSPACE key to clear working times from the Change Working Time dialog box, and you then switch to another resource calendar or to the Standard project calendar, you may receive a general protection (GP) fault.

WORKAROUND

To avoid this problem, use the BACKSPACE key (not the SPACEBAR) to clear working times from the Change Working Time dialog box.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
