PRJ4: GP Fault when Printing to JDL Express Plotter

The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

If you attempt to print from Microsoft Project using version 1.0 of the JDL Express plotter driver, you will receive a general protection (GP) fault and you will be unable to print.


RESOLUTION

When you install the JDL Express Plotter driver from the files provided by JDL, you will be offered two choices:

JDL Express Plotter
JDL Printer/Plotter
Choose the JDL Printer/Plotter option. This driver does not display the behavior described above.
