SUMMARY

Use the following procedure to make text frames with more than one column or, to change the number of columns in an existing text frame in Publisher: (The maximum number of columns depends on the width of the text frame.)
  1. Create a new text frame, or select an existing text frame by clicking the text frame once.
  2. From the Format menu (Layout in Puiblisher 2.0), choose Text Frame Properties.
  3. In the Columns Number box, specify the number of columns you want.
  4. Choose OK.

Note: If you specify a number larger than the total number of columns capable of fitting in the text frame, the text frame will only contain one column, even though the Text Frame Properties dialog box displays more than one column.
