BUG: Windowshade Does Not Work Well w/ FoxPro for MacintoshID: Q123599 2.60a MACINTOSH

SYMPTOMSWhen using Windowshade, strange results occur while clicking certain windows in FoxPro for the Macintosh. Windowshade is a Control Panel in operating System 7.5 for the Macintosh. It was an extension in previous versions. Below is an example of how Windowshade effects FoxPro windows. NOTE: Some Windowshade is manufactured by a vendor independent of Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding the performance or reliability of Windowshade.
RESOLUTIONWindowshade affects different windows in FoxPro, so you will need to turn it off when using FoxPro.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
