BUG: No Title on MODIFY FILE WINDOW in FoxPro for Windows

SYMPTOMS

There is no title on a MODIFY FILE window that was defined to have a title.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

Enter the following commands in the Command window:

   DEFINE WINDOW test FROM 1,1 TO 12,60 SYSTEM TITLE "Title"
   MODIFY FILE test.prg WINDOW test
