------------------------------------------------------------------------ The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher, versions 2.0, 2.0a - Microsoft Publisher Special Occasions Design Pack ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SYMPTOMS ======== When you use the Special Occasions Card PageWizard Design Assistant to create a greeting card, you may receive the following error message: CELCARDS caused a General Protection Fault in module USER.EXE at 000B:01E2. This message will occur immediately after the PageWizard imports a picture for the front of the card. The Special Occasions Card PageWizard comes with Publisher 2.0, CD-ROM edition, and with the Microsoft Publisher Special Occasion Design Pack. CAUSE ===== This message will occur if you choose to fill in your own greeting and you do not type anything, including a space character in the "Type a Greeting for The Front Of Your Card" box. STATUS ====== Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. WORKAROUND ========== To work around this problem, and leave the "Type a Greeting for The Front Of Your Card" box empty, press the SPACEBAR instead of pressing the BACKSPACE key.
