SYMPTOMS
========

When you try to apply BorderArt to a frame in Publisher, you may receive
the following error message:

     Publisher
     Not Enough Memory to Complete Operation

CAUSE
=====

Publisher has an internal space of 64K reserved for BorderArt. You will
receive the error message once that 64K area is full. The number of objects
containing BorderArt can vary, depending on the complexity of the BorderArt
in use.

For example, inserting simple BorderArt (such as dotted lines or zigzags)
may allow you to have over 20 objects with BorderArt applied, while
inserting more complex BorderArt (such as Balloons or Champagne Bottle) may
cause the error message after you insert five BorderArt objects.
