XL5: Row Height Not Copied to a Different Workbook

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Excel, you can copy the row height by selecting and copying an entire row. However, if the copied row contains cell formatting and is pasted to a different workbook, the row height is not retained in the pasted row. If the information is being copied and pasted within the same workbook, row height is transferred correctly.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with the Microsoft Excel versions listed above. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
