SUMMARY
The Shading command works differently on a text frame than on a WordArt
frame. In a text frame, the Shading command will always control the color
of the frame and has no effect on the color of the text. In a WordArt
frame, the Shading command controls the formatting of the text. In
addition, you can change the background shading of an entire WordArt frame
just as you would a text frame by selecting the WordArt frame but not
starting WordArt.
