Can't Change Font or Hot Text Color in Macintosh Help FileArticle ID: Q124773Creation Date: 11-JAN-1995 Revision Date: 18-OCT-1995
SUMMARY
You cannot change the font or the hot text color in a Help file on an Apple
Macintosh computer. The hot text color displayed in the Help file is hard
coded in the Help engine, and cannot be changed (even by using ResEdit).
The fonts displayed in the Help file are determined by the creator of the
Help file, not by the Help engine. Once a Help file is created, there is no
way to change the font. This information is true for all files that use the
Macintosh Help engine.
Note that under Microsoft Windows, you can change the hot text color
displayed in a help file; however, you cannot change the font used in the
Help file.
