SYMPTOMS
When you print an envelope created with the Envelopes And Labels dialog box
and you choose the DeskWriter's Preview button, no preview image of the
envelope appears. Instead, choosing this button causes the envelope to
print.
This problem does not occur when you add the envelope to the document.
WORKAROUND
Method 1
Choose the Add To Document button and use Word's Preview button
to see the envelope before printing it.
Method 2:
Turn on the Reverse Print Order option before you create the envelope.
NOTE: This method causes the document pages to be printed in reverse order.
To turn on the Reverse Print Order option, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Select the Print tab.
- Select the Reverse Print Order check box.
- Click OK.
