SYMPTOMS

When you print from Works, the bottom halves of printed characters may be cut off.

This problem occurs when the video display in Windows is set to version 2.2x of the S3 video display driver.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, change the Windows video driver to version 2.1 of the S3 driver, or install the standard VGA video driver. KBCategory: kbdisplay kbprint kbprb
