SUMMARY
When you are troubleshooting printing problems on the Macintosh, you may
need to disable QuickDraw GX to see if the problem occurs under the
standard (QuickDraw) printing architecture.
You can disable QuickDraw GX either from the Extensions Manager (which
comes with System 7.5) or by removing the necessary file(s) from the
Extensions folder:
NOTE: It is a good idea to also remove the ATM GX control panel when you
test printing issues. Otherwise, ATM GX will still be active under the
standard QuickDraw printing architecture and may affect how documents are
printed.
