SYMPTOMS

The following application errors may occur in Schedule+ when you delete appointments:

SCHDPLUS caused a General Protection Fault in
Module DEMILAYR.DLL at 0013:0385

MSREMIND caused a General Protection Fault in
Module DEMILAYR.DLL at 0013:0385

CAUSE

The errors can occur when you delete an appointment with the CTRL+D command, or while you change the time by dragging the appointment.

RESOLUTION

Exit Mail for Windows and restart Windows.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 1.0 and 1.0a of Microsoft Schedule+ for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
