PC Win: Err Msg: Mailbox Name or Password Is Incorrect

SYMPTOMS
The following error message may appear after you enter logon information
(Name and Password):
Mailbox Name or Password is Incorrect.
CAUSE
If the user name entered into the dialog box is spelled incorrectly
or the password is incorrect, you will get the above error message.
Additionally, if the Mail client is connected to the incorrect postoffice
(a postoffice other than the one on which the account was created),
you will get the above error message.
RESOLUTION
Verify that your user name and password are correct. Also verify that you
are connecting to the correct postoffice.
