Event Viewer Filter Events On Time Values Change

When you run Event Viewer, choose Filter Events from the View menu, and change one of the Events On times, the Events On times are set to incorrect values the next time you run Event Viewer.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5. This problem was corrected in Windows NT version 3.51.
