SYMPTOMS
If you have three Windows NT Setup disks and a compact disc to upgrade or
install Windows NT version 3.5, you can boot your computer using the
Windows NT Setup Boot Disk. After Windows NT Setup Disk 3, the following
message appears:
Please insert the disk labeled
Windows NT <type> Setup Disk #4
where <type> is Server or Workstation.
CAUSE
This message appears when you are installing Windows NT version 3.5
(Windows NT Server or Workstation) or version 3.51 (Windows NT Workstation
only) using an unsupported SCSI or CD-ROM device.
NOTE: Windows NT Server 3.51 is not available on floppy disks.

RESOLUTION
If you are installing Windows NT version 3.5 or Windows NT Workstation 3.51
on x86-based computers with a SCSI or CD-ROM device that is supported under
MS-DOS, refer to page 5 of the Windows NT Server or Workstation version 3.5
or Windows NT Workstation 3.51 "Installation Guide".
