Introduction

This Workgroup Message Handler is designed for users who are running Microsoft Windows 3.x and Lotus cc:Mail version 2.2, Lotus Notes Mail version 3.3, Microsoft Mail, or Microsoft Exchange.

Who Should Use This Setup Program

You should use this Setup program if your computer is running Microsoft Windows 3.x or Microsoft Windows for Workgroups version 3.x and you want to have workgroup functionality with users who are running Windows 95/98. Specifically, use this Setup program if either of the following is true:

To Run the Setup Program

  1. Quit Microsoft Project.


  2. If you received a disk with this Application Note, insert the disk in the appropriate floppy disk drive. If you downloaded this Application Note from an online service, skip to step 3. This procedure assumes that you have already downloaded and extracted the compressed file.


  3. In File Manager, click Run on the File menu, and then type the following and press ENTER
    
          <source>\wfwsetup 
    where <source> is either your floppy disk drive or the folder (directory) containing the file you downloaded from online services. For example, if you are installing from a floppy disk that you inserted in drive A, you would type:
    
          a:\wfwsetup 
    Or, for example, if you downloaded the Wp1250.exe file from an online service to C:\Download, you would type:


  4. 
          c:\download\wfwsetup
