The Windows 95 Workgroup Message Handler for Users Running Windows 3.x is now available from Microsoft Technical Support. This compressed, self-extracting file includes a Setup program that you can use to install the Microsoft Project 4.1 Workgroup Message Handler files on a computer running Microsoft Windows 3.x or Microsoft Windows for Workgroups version 3.x.

The resource is receiving messages from two different people: Manager A, who is running Microsoft Project 4.0, and Manager B, who is running Microsoft Project for Windows 95, version 4.1. (Note that both the resource and Manager A should run the enclosed Setup program.)

NT you should run the Workgroup Setup program (Wgsetup.exe)
located on the Microsoft Project 4.1 Setup Disk 1. Wgsetup.exe
installs the necessary files regardless of the e-mail program you
are running. For more information about Wgsetup.exe, see the
Setup.wri file located on the Microsoft Project 4.1 Setup Disk 1.

where <source> is either your floppy disk drive or the folder
(directory) containing the file you downloaded from online
services. For example, if you are installing from a floppy disk
that you inserted in drive A, you would type:
a:\wfwsetup
Or, for example, if you downloaded the Wp1250.exe file from an online
service to C:\Download, you would type:
