Synchronize the Visual Basic project with Microsoft Delta before loading it into Visual Basic to allow the correct files to be loaded into the project.

Synchronizing Visual Basic project files with Microsoft Delta does not automatically update project files if the files are already loaded into Visual Basic.

Opening a Visual Basic project loads the project files into memory. If the project files are saved in Visual Basic, the synchronized files will be overwritten with the files loaded in Visual Basic. It will appear as if the files were not synchronized.
