Memory Problem with Banyan Vines and The Scheduler Service

If you have the Vines network driver version 5.56(5) loaded on a Windows NT server or workstation, and you start a 16-bit application interactively using the scheduler service, the following error may appear:

   Your system is running low on virtual memory. Please close some
   applications. You can then start the system option in the Control
   Panel and choose the Virtual Memory button to create an additional
   paging file or to increase the size of your current paging file.
