SUMMARY

In Microsoft Project, when you print a task or resource view, you cannot format the notes. Printed notes are enabled via the Page Setup Print Notes option. When you print a report, however, you CAN format notes.

NOTE: A note printed as a part of a view will be printed in Arial 8 point (Windows) or Geneva 8 point (Macintosh).
