Mac Encarta 95: Can't Print from Atlas

SYMPTOMS

Print commands are unavailable (dimmed) when you view the Encarta Atlas.

CAUSE

Encarta does not offer a printing feature while in the Atlas.

WORKAROUND

Atlas information can be copied from Encarta, pasted into another application, and printed using the following steps:
  1. From the Atlas menu, click Copy.
  2. Open another program, such as Microsoft Word, and paste in the Encarta picture.
  3. Print the picture from the new program.

MORE INFORMATION

This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a future release. Printing Atlas information is supported in Encarta 96 and later versions.
