Mac Encarta 95: ErrMsg: Error Loading the Specified List

SYMPTOMS

When you create a new list file from the PinPointer tool, you receive the following error message:
Error loading the specified list.

RESOLUTION

Although the error message appears, the new list has been created. Ignore the error message. Press OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Encarta 1995 edition for the Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
