To convert Microsoft Merchant Server 1.0 stores to Microsoft Commerce Server 2.0, you can use the following utilities:

Template Conversion Utility - Updates your Merchant Server 1.0 store
                              templates to use Active Server Pages,
                              including Visual Basic Scripting Edition
                              scripts and methods on Commerce Server
                              components.

Receipt Conversion Utility  - Updates data in the receipt or basket
                              tables of a Merchant Server 1.0 store to be
