Briefcase Icon Becomes a Folder for New Users

SYMPTOMS
When you enable user profiles and log on to Windows as a different user,
the Briefcase icon appears as a folder.
CAUSE
The Briefcase cannot be copied to new user profiles because of its special
properties.
RESOLUTION
To change the Briefcase icon from a folder to a briefcase, follow these
steps:
- Right-click an empty area on the desktop, point to New, then click
Briefcase. A new Briefcase is created on the desktop.
- Right-click the old Briefcase, and then click Delete on the menu that
appears.
