SUMMARY
You can configure your database to begin printing at any position on a
sheet of labels by inserting blank records above the records you want to
print. This is helpful for printing on a partial sheet of labels.
MORE INFORMATION:
Before you print, you need to figure out how far down the sheet you want to
begin. Count the labels that have been used on a partial sheet (on a full
sheet, count the number of labels above the location you want printing to
begin). In List view of your database, insert a blank record for each used
label. For example, if six labels have been used, insert six blank records.
To insert rows, do the following:
- Select the number of rows needed.
- On the Insert menu, click Record/Field.
NOTE: Make sure you insert these rows at the top of List view.
Works should now print in the proper position on the sheet of labels.
