SYMPTOMS
When you run Windows 95/98 on a Dell Optiplex 486 DX computer with a
Phoenix BIOS, you may receive random DIBEngine error messages.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the network card is sharing a slot with another
card.
RESOLUTION
Move the network card to a different ISA slot.
