SYMPTOMSWhen you print a report, the leftmost column prints in the rightmost column. When you preview the report, it displays correctly.
CAUSEUsing any of the FoxPro HP LaserJet printer drivers results in this problem.
RESOLUTIONWhen printing a report using any FoxPro HP LaserJet printer driver, set the LEFT MARGIN option of the FoxPro Printer Setup dialog box to a value greater than or equal to 1.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
MORE INFORMATIONThis behavior is specific to FoxPro for UNIX and does not occur on other platforms.
Steps to Reproduce Problem1. Create a Printer Driver Setup based on any of the FoxPro HP LaserJet 2. Set the newly-created printer driver setup (HPLJ) as the default printer
3. Create a report that has two to three columns.
4. Print the report. 5. Open the FoxPro Printer Setup dialog box by choosing Printer Setup 6. Print the report again.
