SYMPTOMS

When you print a worksheet that contains a background graphic, the graphic is not printed. The background graphic is also not displayed in print preview.

CAUSE

Background graphics cannot be printed in Microsoft Excel.

To add a graphic to the background of an Excel worksheet, click Sheet on the Format menu, and then click Background. Select the graphic you want to appear as the sheet background, and click OK.
