SYMPTOMS

When you start the Remote Control Agent (WUSER.EXE) on a client computer, the agent icon always remains on top. This behavior blocks out portions of an application's view.

CAUSE

The behavior appears to be a problem in the default mode of the Remote Control Agent application.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 1.1. This problem has been corrected in version 1.2.
