SYMPTOMS
When you print to a printer with bi-directional support, you may receive
the following error message:
Not enough memory to render page
CAUSE
The printer driver may have determined the amount of printer memory
incorrectly.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, have Windows redetect the printer memory.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Make sure the printer is connected and ready to print.
- Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Printers on
the menu that appears.
- Using the right mouse button, click the Printer icon, and then click
Properties on the menu that appears.
- In the Properties dialog box for the printer, click the Device Options
tab.
- Click the Restore Defaults button, and then click the OK button.
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior can also occur if the printer does not have enough memory to
render the page. Try printing the page at a lower resolution.
