SYMPTOMS

After retrieving e-mail from MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive the following error message: 

   EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at
   014f:bff9a204

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

  • Click Close and continue using your computer. This fault has no adverse effect on the system.
  • Rename *.pwl files to *1.pwl, *2.pwl, etc, and then reboot the system.
