To cancel a print job after you send it to the printer, delete the print job from the printer's queue. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Double-click your printer.
  3. Click the print job that you want to cancel.
  4. On the Document menu, click Cancel Printing.
