SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to select How To from the Microsoft Draw help menu in Works, you receive the following error message:

The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated Help file. (129)

WORKAROUND

To open the How To topic for Microsoft Draw, do the following:

On the Help menu in Draw, click Index.
Click Contents.
On the Contents tab, click How To, and then click Open.
Select the How To topic you want and click Display.
