SYMPTOMS
When you dial an international or credit card call through a PBX phone
system, the connection is lost after you dial approximately 20 digits.
CAUSE
Most PBX telephone systems have a 20-digit dialing limit. If you dial more
than 20 digits, the call is terminated.
RESOLUTION
Contact your PBX administrator to inquire about having the 20-digit
dialing limit changed.
