SUMMARY
All BorderArt patterns appear in Publisher with a solid background color.
Usually this color is white. This means that if you apply a BorderArt
pattern to a rectangle or frame and then put a colored frame behind it, you
will see the shapes in the BorderArt pattern surrounded by a solid color
border.
Some of the BorderArt patterns themselves don't have a solid background
color. When you use them in Publisher, however, the white background is
added.
